Project Summary

Structor Projects was engaged to design and construct a new vehicle service and sales centre for Western Plains Automotive in Dubbo, New South Wales.

Project brief included:

• a new multi-dealer display showroom and service operations centre
• vehicle service and testing workshop;
• Spare parts storage and wash bay facilities; and,
• used vehicle sales yard, car parks and driveways.

The Structor Projects design team, in partnership with local engineering consultants and experts, developed a cost-effective design that met all the dealer requirements and transforms the vehicle service workspace.

Project Summary

Structor Projects was engaged to design and construct a new Volkswagen car showroom for Clancy Motors in Dubbo, New South Wales.

Project brief included:

• New showroom/car delivery area designed to meet the dealer Corporate Image guidelines;
• 8-car service workshop extension;
• Service/spare parts storage area; and,
• Upgrade of existing asphalt car park and concrete driveways.

These commercial buildings are constructed of high-quality concrete tilt panel walls, structural steel portal framework, and finished externally with Colorbond and aluminium feature cladding.

The Structor Projects design team, in partnership with local engineering consultants and experts, came up with a cost-effective design based on dealer-specific requirements, exceeding client budget and opening deadlines!

Construction of new car dealership for Clancy Motors, in Bathurst, NSW. An impressive building complex at a prime location, the development consists of separate showrooms for Ford, Mitsubishi, Kia and Isuzu, complete with large service workshop facilities and car display areas.

Project Summary

Design and construction for a new Jaguar & Land Rover showroom in Dubbo, NSW. Designed and built to satisfy the dealer Corporate Image criteria, a cost-effective yet stunning 400m2 showroom masterpiece was created that reflects the precision, quality and elegance of the vehicles it promotes.

This Carpark caters for the storage of 250 new and used Toyota motor vehicles onsite at Toyota, Castle Hill NSW. Resulting in faster service for customers and 100% security and undercover safety of all vehicles, the dealership won Dealership of the Year 2014 for its service, productivity and overall business.

As a motor vehicle dealership, a fresh look and approach to the public is always a necessity to keeping up with the fast growing industry. Bathurst Volkswagen was refurbished internally as well as externally to give the showroom the fresh and modern look that attracts so many customers today.
