In partnership with Inscape Projects, we created this outstanding state-of-the-art childcare centre in Gordon ACT. Set into the side of the hill the 1500m2 site now features a concrete tilt-panel structure to the full perimeter of the building , supporting structural steel and post-tensioned concrete floors. Approximately 950m2 of onsite parking and utility space is provided in a street-level basement, with dual staircases and passenger lift leading to Ground Floor. An amazing Australian-style outdoor play area is set across the suspended concrete deck, adjacent to the multi-function pres-school and daycare facility, providing a spectacular setting for children to play and grow, with views out to the suburbs and bushland surrounding the facility.
