Project Summary
Structor Projects was engaged to design and construct a new Volkswagen car showroom for Clancy Motors in Dubbo, New South Wales.
Project brief included:
- New showroom/car delivery area designed to meet the dealer Corporate Image guidelines;
- 8-car service workshop extension;
- Service/spare parts storage area; and,
- Upgrade of existing asphalt car park and concrete driveways.
These commercial buildings are constructed of high-quality concrete tilt panel walls, structural steel portal framework, and finished externally with Colorbond and aluminium feature cladding.
The Structor Projects design team, in partnership with local engineering consultants and experts, came up with a cost-effective design based on dealer-specific requirements, exceeding client budget and opening deadlines!
