Project Summary

Structor Projects was engaged to design and construct a new fitness gym franchise for Anytime Fitness, located on the beautiful Gold Coast of Queensland.

Project brief included:

• 700m2 open floor area;
• Concrete tilt panel construction, with exposed internal roof structure;
•  Internal fitout to meet Anytime Fitness corporate design guidelines;
• Office and amenities internally for gym patrons;
• New concrete carpark with aerial lighting and access control;
• Onsite stormwater detention system and landscaping
