Structor Projects was engaged for the design and construction of a 2-storey community church and conference facility in Heathcote, New South Wales.
Situated on the edge of the Heathcote National Park, the threat of regular and dangerous bushfires meant there were numerous compliance requirements to be fulfilled as a part of the building design. The rugged landscape meant significant civil excavation works had to be undertaken to provide a suitable site for the building to be constructed on.
Together with a skilled team of consultants, engineers and tradesmen, Structor Projects was able to develop a building that satisfied the developer’s requirements, achieved the relevant compliance measures whilst maintaining cost-effective, smart construction methodology.
