Delivered in partnership with Storco for Local Storage, this purpose-built commercial development will provide secure, modern and accessible storage solutions for local residents, businesses and trades. Once complete, the facility will offer a total of 226 self storage units in a range of unit sizes.

Designed to maximise both functionality and customer convenience, Local Storage Warnervale has been carefully planned to optimise vehicle circulation, accessibility and operational efficiency. With a net lettable area of approximately 3,664m², the development makes excellent use of the site while providing flexible storage options for a diverse customer base.

Our team have completed work on bulk earthworks and site preparation before progressing through civil works, drainage infrastructure and concrete slabs. Our Mudgee Storage King project demonstrates our team’s capability to design and deliver efficient, modern storage developments that meet the needs of both operators and end users. Located in the Caerleon industrial area this new facility will incorporate multiple buildings with a total site area totaling 3,150m², providing practical and secure storage options for the local community.
