Our Mudgee Storage King project demonstrates our team’s capability to design and deliver efficient, modern storage developments that meet the needs of both operators and end users. Located in the Caerleon industrial area this new facility will incorporate multiple buildings with a total site area totaling 3,150m², providing practical and secure storage options for the local community.

The development includes three main storage blocks, strategically arranged to optimise vehicle access and circulation. The site features a gently sloping block bordered by existing industrial lots. The facility layout maximises the usable area of the site while maintaining safe vehicle circulation and clear access to each storage unit. Durable concrete construction ensures long-term performance and low maintenance.

Our construction and design team coordinated closely with consultants and local authorities to ensure compliance with council standards, site drainage requirements, and access for both light and heavy vehicles. The project also includes new signage, fencing, and external lighting for safety and visibility.

Early works have commenced on our latest project, located in Mudgee NSW. Watch this space as we transform this vacant block of land into a warehouse complex consisting of 10 units.

In collaboration with Storco, this project will see a brand new Storage King facility built in Beresfield, NSW.  Slabs are complete and Storco have commenced their stage of the job. Upon completion, this state-of-the-art self storage facility will boast over 6000m2 of storage space over two levels.

Watch this space as we create a brand new, state-of-the-art child care facility for the Monash area, for LillyPilly Early Education Centre using our trusted tilt panel construction method. This marks the second collaboration between LillyPilly Early Education Centre and Structor Projects, and we’re excited to deliver another successful build for their new location in the ACT.

Another project is underway in Orange, NSW.  This project will see the construction of an industrial unit complex, consisting of 7 separate units, situated in the Orange Business Park.

Earthworks & civil works have commenced at our latest project in Orange, NSW.  In collaboration with Storco, we will transform this vacant lot into a multi-level self storage complex.  The facility responds to the growing demand for self-storage in the area.
