Structor Projects – Office Fit Out

We have moved into our brand new office, located at 4 Bradwardine Road!  The interior has undergone a full transformation and is now a modern, functional, open and airy space for our staff to work from. The office is complete with a large boardroom, perfect for meetings and training, and when the team aren’t busy working, you can find them cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. Situated in a prominent location as you enter the Corporation Avenue Business Park, the exterior has undergone it’s own transformation too.

We collaborated with a range of talented local tradespeople and businesses to bring this vision to life.

Commercial Design & Construction – Anytime Fitness

Project Summary

Structor Projects was engaged to manage the design and construction of an exciting new commercial space – a new gym facility for Anytime Fitness, located on the beautiful Gold Coast of Queensland.

Project brief included:

  • 700m2 open floor area;
  • Concrete tilt panel construction, with exposed internal roof structure;
  • Internal fit out to meet Anytime Fitness corporate design guidelines;
  • Office and amenities internally for gym patrons;
  • New concrete carpark with aerial lighting and access control;
  • Onsite stormwater detention system and landscaping
