This project involved the design and construction of Storage Zone, a two story, self storage facility in Orange, NSW.  The facility will meet demands of the surrounding population, located within close proximity of fast growing residential and industrial suburbs.  Storage Zone is a state of the complex, providing 110 units in an array of sizes to cater for many different storage requirements and to meet the need for convenient, secure storage in this region.

The design of the premises thoughtfully incorporates glass louvres at the end of each corridor, allowing for ventilation and natural light to flow inside. Other features include onsite amenities, office, staffroom with kitchenette, 16 car spaces throughout the complex.
