From our initial meeting when Structor Projects was awarded the contract for the build right through to completion, we found the Structor Projects company to be approachable and very respectful.

We where particularly pleased with the openness and inclusion approach of Structor Projects with our Project Manager and Capital Works Steering Committee in the weekly meetings to oversee the build stage process and their honesty in discussing various aspects of the build that required minor to major changes to accommodate our brief.

The team managed to complete our proposed 15 month build within 7 months and this was very pleasing to Commonwealth Health who funded the project and OAMS Board of Management.

Our relationship with Structor Projects has continued beyond the build with the team recently repairing the roof of one of our existing buildings and we envisage further engagement when we apply for further funding to complete Stage 2 & 3 of our project.
