The facility layout maximises the usable area of the site while maintaining safe vehicle circulation and clear access to each storage unit. Durable concrete construction ensures long-term performance and low maintenance.

Our construction and design team coordinated closely with consultants and local authorities to ensure compliance with council standards, site drainage requirements, and access for both light and heavy vehicles. The project also includes new signage, fencing, and external lighting for safety and visibility.
